The cottage was absolutely fantastic, with all the amenities we needed including a powerful shower and an amazing induction hob. The outdoor space was beautiful, with our own table and access to shared sun loungers in a stunning garden with a view. The warm days and cool nights made sleeping so much easier. The direct access to one of the best local levada walks was a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and pleasant. We definitely recommend having a car, but the location provided good access to the west and north of the island. And the price was incredibly reasonable. We would absolutely return!
